I am unable to create an initial Organization on a freshly registered account. The UI throws a blocking error immediately after email verification when attempting to load the plan selection.
Error Message:
“Failed to load plans” “Here are the details of the error: Could not find associated email for this user”
I have attempted to register three separate accounts to rule out transient issues, using different identity providers (Google SSO, ProtonMail, and a email alias). All result in the same state.

Browsers Tested: Chrome and Firefox.

Network: Tested with VPN and without.

Cache: Local storage and cookies cleared; Incognito mode tested.
- Registration succeeds.
- Email verification succeeds.
- Upon navigating to Create Organization, the request for plan details fails, returning the error above
I’ve also waited for 10-15 minutes to see if it was a syncing issue or just the account being set up, but I’m facing the same error.
