Unable to Create Organization - "Failed to load plans"

I am unable to create an initial Organization on a freshly registered account. The UI throws a blocking error immediately after email verification when attempting to load the plan selection.

Error Message:

“Failed to load plans” “Here are the details of the error: Could not find associated email for this user”

I have attempted to register three separate accounts to rule out transient issues, using different identity providers (Google SSO, ProtonMail, and a email alias). All result in the same state.

  • Browsers Tested: Chrome and Firefox.

  • Network: Tested with VPN and without.

  • Cache: Local storage and cookies cleared; Incognito mode tested.

  1. Registration succeeds.
  2. Email verification succeeds.
  3. Upon navigating to Create Organization, the request for plan details fails, returning the error above

I’ve also waited for 10-15 minutes to see if it was a syncing issue or just the account being set up, but I’m facing the same error.
