Case Management

Testing out the Case Management tool within LC and am experiencing a problem. Configured one tenant and everything is working as expected. Added a second tenant and it is not showing up in the list of Orgs. No cases are being added to the tool either.
When I look at the ext-cases sensor in the second tenant, the expected telemetry is showing in the Timeline.

I have logged out and logged in of LC and opened the web page in an incognito window and am seeing the same behavior. The second org is not listed in the Case Management tool.

There might be a 5 minute delay between a tenant being subscribed to the extension and seeing it on the Cases page.

I’ll check if there’s anything else that might cause the org to not show up.

Can you also confirm you have the investigation.* permissions on that new org?

It was the investigation.* permissions. Working as expected now.
