As previously announced, legacy Services were deprecated in March 2024 and fully replaced by Extensions. Extensions offer more capabilities with a more flexible, scalable architecture, and have been the standard for nearly two years now.
We are now completing the final step of this transition.
On March 31, 2026, any organization that still has legacy Services subscribed will have those subscriptions automatically removed.
If your organization is still relying on Services, now is the time to migrate. Extensions are available in the LimaCharlie web app and cover most functionality previously provided by Services. If you need guidance on migrating a specific Service to its Extension equivalent, please reach out to your account representative or contact LC support — we’re happy to help make this a smooth transition.
To check whether your org has any active Services, open the LimaCharlie web app, navigate to the org in question, and go to Billing → Subscriptions. Any legacy Services will appear in the list with a category of service.
We expect this to be uneventful for the vast majority of users, as most organizations have already made the switch.
